that looks really goddamn hard. I think he is better than flea personally, it sounds more structured or something. He is pretty odd though, perfect for playing with buckethead I suppose.

Anyways, Les is great and all, but there's nothing in either video that I can't play. His real greatness is his creativity and the random shit he comes up with. If you want some crazy bass playing, check out Victor Wooten. [link]
But seriously, Les is great, Primus is one of my favorite bands. Don't hate one Flea either though, they play different styles and are both masters of their craft. I wish I was half as good as either one of them.
Hehe, yeah, I mean Flea is really good, but I prefer slower sounding bass to a really fast funk bass. Les Claypool is fast, but flea is so much faster, and I like it slower like Les Claypool. Yeah though, Flea is very good at what style he does.
